How to terminate flow instance when item is modified.

Hi Mates,

 

Apologies if this is an obvious question, but I'm new to flow and having come from SharePoint  background I'm struggling to understand how to do a relatively simple thing in Flow

In short, I'm trying to terminate the current flow instance when the curren item is modified.

When user enter new item trigger notification for approvals, users may need to edit the existing item then the actual instance has to be teriminated.

 

As of now i have done till sending approval mails,I`m struct at how to get if item is modified from the when an item is added template

 

Can anybody advise the best approach to solve this?
