How to System Idle Time in c#.net?

Question

Hi,

           Actually I am working in C# windows Appliation and I want to get System IdleDuration, LastInputTime, CurrentInputTime both of three values insert into Table in Sqlserver with Every 5 mins.

 

Another one Any body Idea  for How to get the InternetHistory from C#?

 

Please Help me.
