How to switch CSO to QA

Question

Hi All,

 

My friend is working as Senior Customer Support Officer and having 6+ Years experience. But no growth in career as well as financially.. Even though having 6+ years experience he does no reach 3 lakhs/annum salary.. So He decided to change his profile and done with Software Testing Course.. Now he is looking job but everywhere they are asking with Software testing experience.. Please suggest some tips to get job in software testing.
