How to store the images csv format to database

 iam developing IIt online Exam module in this module i have 45 Questions  the Questions uploading in csv format is working fine but i need some help  in each Question haveing 4 options  the options are images 0r mathsmatical functions  , and circuts . these options are how to stored in database please help me kindly.
