How to store different country time zone in database

Question

Hi,

 

I have a situation over I want to save country wise datetime with time zone into oracle database.

 

Suppose some one uploaded a file from USA location then at the time of upload i will also store the that partcular date time with time zone.

 

Any suggestions...
