How to start now all meshed up

Question

I'm a 2010 BCA passout with a GNIIT Diploma from NIIT in S/W Engineering. I worked as software developer for two years in .NET in a hospitality firm. After that company shutdown and then I started (in 2012) a e-commerce website named shopeit.com for selling grocery items online in lucknow with my friends. Things didn't go well and all came to end. Along with this I was doing freelancing in delhi,I almost wasted all 2 years in this. Now don't know from where to start. I feel outdated. ASP.NET, MSSQL, C
