how to split sting

hello ,

i want to split string if any body post the string like this
"aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa"
in this string split in to 30 char in every line
i try to but not got solution

so plz help me
