How to sort columns in Different language

Question

I want a code:

 

There is different rows and columns in a table

If i click on 1 column it sorted according to ascending order if i click again same column it is sorted in descending order

 

Column has -A.B.C......X,Y,Z

If this is english it can be sorted what about french,german which has different ways of sorting

 

Also, I want help about last Updated: Currentdateand Time according to regional settings

If regional setting is german Current date time will be in different format

 

Please guide
