Filter Data on dropdown item select

Question

When any of the dropdown from the list is selected relative data from back end should be filtered out and list from bottom should be displayed in bottom list box.

 

Bearings with 180 ID is selected all the bearings having ID=180 and various OD and thickness are filtered out and displayed in the list.
