how to solve this error forbidden error

Question

I have asp.net website am hosting but after hosting I get below error

 

Forbidden

 

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

 

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

 

I thought it was hosting issue but I came to realize that the problem is with my files kindly who can assist on how to remove this error is a big headache
