how to slove browser error?

hi,

this error showing safari ,chrome browsers.

Safari can't open the page "https://myIP:portnumber/".The error was: "unknown error" (WebKitErrorDomain:103) Please choose Report Bugs to Apple from the Help menu, note the error number, and describe what you did before you saw this message.
