How to show one table in one click

dear friend 
 i have a two table .
table 1 has 5 column 
table 2 has 3 column( this 3 column is same is my table 1's 5 column)


i want to perform a operation that once i fire select statment on table 2. it should compare both 
of table and disply the uniqe value from both table
