How to show image as profile picture?

Question

Hello,

I have created a form where user after registration and filling personal details form needs to upload his/her picture.The user has the user id which is used for login after registration .The same picture should be viewed as the profile picture and should be displayed on the left corner of the form.

 

Need Suggestions to overcome ma problem....
