How to show active financial date range active.

Question

1. Hey guys I want to show active financial year date range in date timepicker control.

2. My active financial  is 01-Apr-2018 - 31-Mar-2019.

3. My date timepicker should show all date but  01-Apr-2018 - 31-Mar-2019 in active date.
