How to share dynamic text value with google.

Hi
I am working on asp.net website in which i have given the functionality of sharing URL with Facebook . Now i want to add the same for sharing some data with Facebook . My whole data is dynamic and share button created by me is also dynamic. There are 20 share button in one page.each button contain different text value. My motive is to share the particular value with Facebook.I want to know how i can do these using java script.and same thing for Google+also.
I am working on the question bank website which contain all types of question whether it is technical or aptitude or any type of interviews quetions. In that i have to give these question sharing functionality with Google and Facebook. when user clikc on Google+ link the particular question will come in the Google share content and same for Facebook also.
