how to set ranking in dropdownlist in Jquery

I have 10 dropdown list or more its dynamic list for the ranking number.

in this drop-down list are set to rank number.

case 1:

if I have selected 2nd no option as "1" rank then don't allow another drop-down list "1" number.

case 2:

if 1st I have set Ranking 1 to end of the number. then I won't change this ranking that time this ranking will be changed without repeating any numbers.
