how to set position of tool tip in right in window forms

Dear all,

 

when we create a tooltip in window forms,however we give you a small lenght of text,this position remains same but if we give larger size to text it was move left and display on edge of document.

               how to set postion of tooltip on right side .they would not depand on size.if we will give large size of text in tool it will be fixed on right side.not move here and there.
