How to set Image up,down,left,right in a single image

Question

I am new to Metro Style App's. am Developing  one Image App, It shows Diameter in Bottom, NEWS Directions and also ZOOM Out,ZOOm In Option in Image.

so I Completed Zoom Out/IN stuff using <Image.RenderTransform>. Remaining Stuff(Diameter and NEWS Directions) I need some Guidance/Help On It.
