how to set css for print a page

hello everyone,

I want to set margin for header and footer in print. header and footer is working but when i change setting from print like when i select margin value minimum then my header and content of page are overlapping. how can i fixed that whenever i change setting from print my page css should not effect. please help as soon as possible.
