How to set a Increment Timer Count and Pause option in .Net

Question

hi developers ,

i have done added a timer Count Down for that. it is decreasing the session time like 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1.

 

in addition am also need to add a Timer Count Down , it will increment value like 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 to n ,.

 

then i have to add Pause and Resume time Option and finally get the total taken exam time and store that into the database,

i am tried with google but did't got exact answer .

 

so if anyone know how to do help me to i am solve the module.
