how to send updated data by user through email to multiple

Question

i have two input box one for To and other for Cc

a user first create data  and check if he want to send mail or not by check box condition 

if he want to send data through mail then it can send multiple recipients and Cc.

Like Gmail.

How can i do this? please share your knowledge.
