How to send sms in windows C# application to any number?

 I want a code in Windows C# application to send SMS from my number to any other number, using any API's or Webservice or any other services if exists.

If you know any website which provides free webservices or service , by which we can send sms.

In case, i want to purchase API to send sms, plz tell which API should i use and what will be the price of that API.
