How to Send pdf files from admin account to user accounts in my website?

Question

I am creating a website where in there is an admin account(1 login) & multiple user accounts(one login for each user)..

I want to send a pdf file from my admin account to the user's "View pdf" page. For each user there will be a separate pdf file. 

I'm a rookie at .net programming & do not know much detail about it..

So, I would appreciate it if some one could help me on this..
