How to send dynamic table in SQL

I want to send bulk data, which is having dynamic number of columns. Suppose we have created salary data for employees at front end with dynamic heads.for one company we are having table with 10 columns and for another we have 15 columns. please suggest if we can send data in xml and that xml can be converted into table at SQL server end.
