how to see the all systems in the network

Hi all, Im a newbie in C#.Net, i want to create a small application which the user can see all the systems in network. If the user selects a system, i should show all the shared folders and files as a tree view.. In short I want a simple LanSearchPro.

Can anyone please help me to start this.
