How to secure web api developed in MVC Web API?

Question

I am creating one web api in MVC 4.0 and this is being developed for one android application.
I want to make sure that web api can be accessed through only android app, not through web browser or if some one get web api url even though he can not accessed through any  browser in Mobile also. 
Please give me any idea about it.
