how to save images in database and retrieving the images from database

can any one help me for this, now here i'm saying my situation how i'm here, ok

actually, my client sending some images and that images i want to save the images in my database(full images only, not a binary code and image path) and again i want to retrieve the images to see and edit.
ok , this is my situation, can any one???
