how to save data enter into runtime textbox into database

hello, i create  one form inwhich i have no of textboxes which is created runtime.which is put in placeholder.i want to save data which is enter at runtime textboxex into the sql server database.i create one runtime button on click of that i want to save record into database,which is also put into the placeholder .is this is possible? please help me .
