How to retrieve image from database to picturebox in C#

Hi people! How to retrieve image from database to picturebox in C# ... I have already the codes but the problem is it always says "Parameter is not valid"

im using Visual Studio platform  i already attached the codes for retrieving the image but still error .. thank you very much
