how to resolve contextswitchdeadlock error ?

Question

building the program has no error but this error came during runtime of c# program. i googled and found that one website saying it doesn't mean that the program has got an issue but it is just a potential . i can't figure it out . the program doesn't runs. the site also says to clear of the exception in the  debug menu but of no use .

please help what to do ?
