How to reslove empty json object?

when i submit values the values should be display json object format after submit first empty object is creating after submit values will create another object..how to reslove this problem using jquery

Ex:[{},{"S.NO":"1","Description":"dsfcsdvsdv","Quantity":"3","UnitPrice":"34","UOM":"EA(Each)"}]
