How to report same record id's in row

I believe this mail meet you well and in good condition.

 

Please i have this challange and i will appreciate your solution to resolve it, i have a database called tbl_Leavesheet that contain the follo record as shown below:

 

 

i was asked to write a report that will keep the same record in one row, their startedate and stopdate in different colun while their nodays will accumulate and display in another column of the same row, it should look like the one below:

 

all sample code is strongly appreciated.
