How to remove Drop Down Image from Dropdownlist and insert another picture?

Hi,

I am doing an ASP.Net web application with Framework 3.5.I am using a DropDownList in my application and i want to remove the default drop down image from DropDownList and want to insert another picture.Please find attached image to get more cleared about my problem.Please help me.
