How to remove controller name from URL in MVC

Question

Here are my routes    localhost:1234/Admin/AdminLogin

                                   localhost:1234/Admin/BankerLogin

                                   localhost:1234/Admin/OuterLogin  

 

and i want this route to be like this

 

localhost:1234/Admin

localhost:1234/Banker

localhost:1234/Outer

 

Please help me out, how can i do this?
