how to refresh the gv using temp data table and show edit ?

hi Friends
i have a gv inthat i created a  temp database like i created the datatable in a cs page and bind to gv..(not using database)
after if i click the cell for the edit it is is edit only gridview and not changing in cs page..so how to do it...
it will be change or not
