How to refresh partial page in webform

Hi All,

I have idea that i can get partial page refreshment by using AJAX update panel but i m not that much of clear with that?

I have gridview control with link buttons in it. Here when i click link button in gridview postback is performing.

Actually in my page i have required fields. When i working with Gridview also its asking to enter those required fields.

What to do for this?
