How to recover database when exe/software crashed in C#?

Hiii... I am created one application for which i have used sql server 2008 and vs2008. I made exe of this application, when i ran that application because of some system problem my data of my application crashed, so how can i recover that crashed database in c#. Also tell me the steps to create exe with databse, so plz give me solution on it.
