how to read text from image using c#

hello guys how r u ?

i have created an application using OCR features, in that application document is scaned by user and system reading text from scaned image and save into database.

but i am facing some problem in this act like when user scan the document and system going to read text from image that time  some garbage text is showing , i dont want that garbage text ...


how can i come over on it ..
