How to read dbf file &import structure & data in sql server

Question

I am new to dbase technology,I have a requirement,where by i have to read and import dbf data in sql server.

 

I have a folder which contains many dbf file(enclosed attachement) .Firt tell me,how i will come to know that,which is actual dbf file.

 

Plz help me out,I don't know  anything in dbase.
