How to read all textbox in listview

Question

hello,
In my website admin can add more question in question area
Now that all question i want to show on webpage  with textbox for give answer by reader .
and my idea is i show all question with textbox for answer but problem is after submit user then how i get all textbox and question (i mean 1.question with answer) whatever user give answer  so how i get all question and answer

IF anyone has good idea so pls give how to show this list and get all question and answer in webage submit
