how to put plan for employees according to date

Question

In summary please note:

1) Each Route / Trip requires 6 employees (Custodian's ONLY) per six month period

2) At the implementation stage Custodian 1 will leave the route after 30 days

3) Custodian 2 will leave after 60 Days, hence working with Custodian 1, 30 days & Custodian 3, 30 days

4) Thereafter each Custodian works in 30 days blocks but can NOT remain on that route for more than 60 days,

5) 30 days blocks mean Custodians will only work together 30 day intervals

6) Attached plan is 360 days - 1 Year
