How to publish solution with many projects

Hello,

I have a doubt about how I make for publish my solution. I make a solution with 2 projects inside (one use EF4.1), I put the secound project reference to first project and I click in secound project and choose option "publish" but just only secound project without first project is there in publish folder.

Please if someone can help me.
