How to Publish C# App along with remotely central database?

Question

Somehow- Is it possible to publish C# Application as exe, so that- it can communicate along with central database in same network? if yes, can anyone help me out?

 

#Note:

• I setted my SQL Server in remote mode, My App running from various pc where i worked using visual studio, ms sql server. Now Im setting up another pc where those wouldnt be exist, but- want to install only app exe and communicate with central database for data read or write! How can I create exe along with this types of criteria besides?
  
• Current Connection String: "Data Source=192.168.1.21,1433;Initial Catalog=Testfeb2020;Integrated Security=True"
