How to publish a website or web application

Hi all,

How to publish a Website or Web Application.

When the website pages I had viewed through the browser it will shows

http://localhost:4137/WebApplication1/Default2.aspx

But I want to show the URL is http://www.Yashwanth/Default2.aspx

I don't know, how can we do.

Plz help me
