How to provide a horizontal scroll bar for my select tag ?

 CSS:

width:150px;
overflow:scroll;
}

<select style=" width:150px;" id="ddllicence" class="select" >
<option value="All">All</option></select>

But I can't able to set the horizontal scroll for my select tag.Please help me to solve this.
