What's it's use in practice...?

If C# supports WDK Programming then please let me learn how to code with WDK....

What's the use of device drivers in windows...?

Please show how to built ODBC Drivers and also how to install the driver in the system when my software gets installed....

Could device drivers be made such that it acts as a connector between two different softwares...?

Or it is known as providers....?
