how to print a bill receipt in c# winforms

hi everyone , 
                 I have one Bill From in my windows application in which i make entries to make a bill , where customer name ,doctor name ,bill no. and total amount values stored in textboxes while product details ( name,qty.price,batch no) shows in dataGridView. now i want to print a receipt of this bill after saving it .I have a clue that i can do it using crystal report butI dont have any idea about how to start and how crystal reports will get the value in Bill Form .help me geeks , its urgent . any help will be appreciated .thanks.
