How to prevent Automatic Redirection without Permission

Question

I Have implemented Linkedin integration to my application.it is working perfect.but, the problem is when i click on the that linked in button (that was provided by linkedin) if the user has already logged in that browser it'll directly redirecting to concern page.WHAT I WANT IS,IF THE USER HAS LOGGED IN ONE TAB AND USER HAS A PERMISSION BUT IF IT IS FOR THE FIRST TIME.THEN IT HAS TO SHOW THE MESSAGE LIKE ACCESS OR CANCEL.
