How to position the elements in a already sorted Collection

Question

I have a Collection (which is collection of string values as showned in the below URL) which has alphabetically ordered, now i need to change the position of couple of fields from the collection , can you please let me know how I can achieve using C#

My collection is :- {In network, Industrial Funding Fee, Non financial, Offset, Out Of Network, prefunding ,Purchasing Card } I need to display in the UI like this :- {In network, Industrial Funding Fee, Non financial, Out Of Network, prefunding , Offset, Purchasing Card }

Kindly help me how I can achieve
