how to pass values from one form to another form...

hi, i m developing application in which i want to pass values from one form to another form. eg. my form-1 contains name & city information. i want to pass this values to another form for further process lets say i want to input name's birth date & email. i m not able to bring form-1's values into form-2. please help me. please mail me code. thank you , bhavin gajjar
